WV man pleads guily to felony drug charges

A 59-year-old man from Fayette County recently plead guilty to felony charges after he was arrested in May for attempting to sell drugs to an informant.

On May 17, 2011, the man met with the informant who was working with the West Virginia State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigations to sell him drugs. The man plead guilty to selling 4.53 grams of cocaine to the informant at the time of the meeting.

The man will be sentenced in November and is facing up to 20 years in prison, as well as a $1 million fine.
