A 20-year-old man is now facing his second DWI charge after he was stopped by police officers in Gastonia.

The man was pulled over in Gaston and after police saw his vehicle go left of center twice near the intersection of South New Hope Road.

The man’s blood alcohol level was at o.19, which is double the legal drinking limit for someone who is of age.  He was booked into Gaston County Jail with a $5,000. This is the man’s second DWI, he was convicted of another one in 2008.
