Teenagers cited for underaged drinking

Posted on October 10th, 2011 No Comments

Dozens of teenagers were busted for underage drinking and possession of alcohol outside of a college-town night club last week. The night club often has “College Night” which opens special events to people 18 years or older.

Law enforcement often sees a major increase of underage drinking during the school year, most of which occur in the parking lots of clubs and bars. Last week was no different. On Wednesday, 22 were cited for underage drinking and 15 were on Thursday. The club where the minors were drinking outside of was not charged or given citations since the teenagers were not inside the club and it did not supply them the alcohol.

"Jim, I just wanted to thank you again for everything you did for me. I am very happy about the outcome and would recommend you to anyone and everyone who has a DUI case. Two things that stuck out the most is your patience and honesty, you wanted the best for me and that was obvious."
