19-year-old woman’s license suspended for underage drinking and driving

Posted on May 9th, 2011 No Comments

A 19-year-old woman from California was arrested a little after 1 a.m. on Sunday morning on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol.

The woman was traveling northbound on Highway 101 when a police officer noticed that she was driving erratically. The officer pulled her over and administered a field sobriety test on her. The officer then arrested the woman on suspicion of drunk driving.

The woman was also found to have several fake IDs in her possession. Her license was suspended for one year under California’s zero-tolerance drunk driving law.

"Jim, I just wanted to thank you again for everything you did for me. I am very happy about the outcome and would recommend you to anyone and everyone who has a DUI case. Two things that stuck out the most is your patience and honesty, you wanted the best for me and that was obvious."
